The factory in Vietnam
Established in 2000, Mai Thu is the manufacturer and exporter of many kinds of paper packaging products. Our products range from paper food packaging (paper cup, food bag, food takeaway box, pizza box, bread bag, food wrapping paper) to paper gifting items (gift wrapping paper, gift box), agricultural boxes, shopping bags, paper DIY toys, and utensils.
 
Exporting Worldwide
We have a track record of 20 years in paper packaging manufacturing while having started exporting in 2012. Our exports go to the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Japan, Cambodia, New Zealand.
 
Meeting Various Standards
We've been working with Pizza Costco, Domino, KFC, and more. Apart from ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, our factories are also applied for FSSC 22000 certification and BSCI certification. Our monthly production capacity goes about 0.5 million paper gift wrapping, 4 million gift boxes, 4.2 million paper bags, 10 million takeaway boxes. 
 
Strict QC and modern equipment
Our 15,000sqm factories are located in Binh Duong Province, installing advanced facilities for every process of production. Our machines are imported from Japan, Taiwan, and China. To ensure quality control and lead time, we don't compromise to subcontract any steps of production to other factories.
 
There are 120 full-time employees and 50 part-time employees. We have 10 in-line QC supervisors and 3 final QC supervisors followed by a strict quality control process.
 
An expert in OEM and ODM services
70 percent of our shipments are on OEM; the rest comes from our own designs. We have 3 internal designers and 5 collaborator groups that support us in creating new design ideas. Annually, there are more than 1,000 own designs ready for browsing. Our sourcing team has a strong network of suppliers of material and accessories from Korea, Japan, India, and Europe.
 
Added values in consulting, orienting, and after-sales supporting are further strengths that build our long-term relationship with export clients. Notably, the rate of clients returning for the 2nd order is 99%.
 
Competitive MOQ and sampling
Our MOQ for each type of product will be different, starting from 5.000 pieces for agriculture boxes to 10,000 pieces for gift products, 20,000 pieces for the takeaway box to 25,000 pieces for shopping bags, and 50.000 pieces for paper cups and bread bags. Sample can be sent within 7-15 days; the delivery time will depend on each specific order, normally, it's ready from 5-20 days if samples are approved.
